2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderhe only values his opinion. had a great Endo doctor in west Palm Beach , FL who got my messed up hashimotos thyroid in shape. but, dr. Papagiannis does not agree with any of his care. i have to basically insist he do things like i have been taught to do them for my thyroid. i have missed a dose of my thyroid meds because he says he ordered them , he did but not the dose i needed. i need 65mg ,he ordered the 48.75mg which i still have. no one is listening to me in his office. just maddening !!!

5.0 star star star star starDr Papagiannis is the best! He was thorough, reviewed (in great detail) the results of the ultrasound , and answered all of my questions. He also involved me in the discussion regarding next steps (including alternatives). This enabled me to make the decision to proceed with the biopsy with confidence , regardless of the outcome.

5.0 star star star star starAs above. Dr. Papagiannis is great. Appreciate his expertise and kindness. Just not being able to make a follow up appointment when I’m there in the office is frustrating. then having to play phone tag and keep calling when you can only leave a message and not be able to talk to the person making appointments- you have to wait for them to call you- then you have to take what you can get there are no options even 6 months out- is frustrating.

5.0 star star star star starHe listens, answer questions, is very thorough and confident with his examination findings. He explains his findings and diagnosis; as well as treatment. He treats me as an individual and not a blanket textbook page that he glanced at and quickly turns the page. Awesome Doctor!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
