5.0 star star star star starMy primary Doctor Chacko is genuinely concerned and elaborate about presenting the information as it relates to my medical condition. The receptionist, call center, etc. has been punctual, focused, and professional. A motivation to keep my health in order. I am 66 years old and for this I thank you much.

5.0 star star star star starAnd Dr. Chacko was gracious and attentive as always. He makes sure my chart is 100% accurate; he helps me get the medical care I need no matter what kind (prescriptions, vaccines, physical therapy, mental health, etc.); and he asks questions that clearly show he's thoroughly reviewing my health. It's how a primary care physician should always be with patients.

5.0 star star star star starhe doctor is very experienced and knowledgeable. Takes time to understand the symptoms, root cause, and provides a course of action with the "why" something is needed to be done and the impact of doing it vs. not. He also uses the latest technology to be efficient and effective.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
