My primary Doctor Chacko is genuinely concerned and elaborate about presenting the information as it relates to my medical condition. He makes sure my chart is 100% accurate; he helps me get the medical care I need no matter what kind (prescriptions, vaccines, physical therapy, mental health, etc.); and he asks questions that clearly show he's thoroughly reviewing my health.
