I met Dr. Ferrel for the first time today. We spent 20 minutes reviewing my health and he was totally focused on me. I was very satisfied with my interaction and visit. I also scheduled my next appointment for 2026.

Dr. Ferrel was recommended to my daughter by other physicians with Northwestern. I was very pleased with him. I had a hard time with his nurse, but I had to look over the nurse when doctor came in the room he was so nice. He was so kind to me, and I felt comfortable with him and will continue my care with him

Dr. Ferrel is a straight to the point doctor that has no gimmicks or nonsense. He tells the truth in a clear, concise manner while still being welcoming and understanding. I never felt intimidated nor did i feel like he was just checking boxes to get me out of the room.
