Amy spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of having a colonoscopy in addition to addressing my concerns. Let's face it, this is an invasive procedure, and I had a lot of concerns.

Amy is very nice and pleasant person, I've spoken with her twice on phone visits. We talked for quite a long time about my stomach and other health issues I've had for many years. Amy discussed other treatments we can look into. I look forward to speaking with Amy again soon.

Amy was very thorough in her attempt to investigate the source of my complaints. She utilized the information in my chart to guide or decisions. She made additional recommendations to address my issues as well as other diagnostic tests. She plans to follow up after I have completed assigned tasks.

Amy was incredibly kind and professional. She listened to me carefully, asked thoughtful questions. Sometimes it is hard to recall a timeline or sequence of events in life when anxious. Amy bared with me as I navigated through my past medical history. She was also VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING with my situation as I had my 14 month old with me at the appointment. The PA student was kind enough to keep the baby occupied while Amy examined me.
