5.0 star star star star starDr Christensen was very helpful, and took the time to educate me on what he believes my problem is likely to be, and then provided many options on "what's next" for me to hopefully resolve the problems I am experiencing.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Christensen listened and was very attentive to my concerns and/or problems. He was thorough in explaining options of treatment and the 'next steps' to improving my condition, as well as 'ruling out' other potential problems. I am very pleased with the plan that has been put in place.

5.0 star star star star starEasy to talk to and a very good listener. His recommendation to thoroughly test my bladder before proceeding to the next phase of treatment was reassuring and welcome. Previous Doctor was ready to just give me a Botox Regimen w/o any further tests and no seemingly strong concern to what the consequences might entail if the bladder was not able to accept Botox, i.e. "wearing a catheter" Note:I been there and never want to do it again!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
