I felt she was analyzing my physical condition and came to another way to check my situation just in case my problem was in another area of my body. So I appreciate her taking the time to investigate and be thorough. She gave clear instructions and answered questions. One item of advice about an ointment to use helped relieve discomfort when I got home. I feel better today because of the ointment.
