5.0 star star star star starThe work Doctor Nuber performed on my shoulder was incredible. Post-op visit showed little scarring, with little pain after the operation. I’m now optimistic about my recovery. And with God’s healing graces, full recovery of my injured left shoulder now seems possible.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Nuber was very helpful in explaining the results of my X-ray and in identifying the issue with my shoulder. He did not seem rushed at all and answered all of my questions/concerns. A TOP QUALITY physician!!!!!

5.0 star star star star starYears ago, Dr. Nuber was recommended to me by a friend, and I am glad that I followed my friend’s advice. I have found Dr. Nuber to be knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, and very professional.

4.0 star star star star star_borderThere's a possibility that it might be arthritis, which is something he doesn't do, boy if there's a tear in the meniscus (his field of expertise) he'll help me make the best decision going forward. ?

5.0 star star star star starStaff polite, friendly, and efficient. From heck-in time to time to see Dr. was short and appreciated. Dr. Nuber spent the time to learn about my lifestyle to understand the impact of issues the knee has been causing. Follow-up after MRI results was quick and Dr. took the time to explain options clearly and in-depth.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderDoctor was disinterested and dismissive. He dismissed me, indicating I should continue to search for answers and aid by myself, even unwilling to give me a specific referral for the type of doctor he said I should go see instead of him. He treated me as if he believed me simple-minded and to be wasting his time, barely making eye contact and refusing to give thoughtful consideration to the pain I have been trying to relieve for years.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderBefore the procedure he seems likable and engaging with the patient. After the procedure he is disappointing believing/understanding the pain level a patient has and no matter who healed faster, each case is different.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Nuber followed up with me immediately after my MRI results were made available and prescribed a short term treatment strategy to be revisited in four weeks. Although I’m still in excruciating pain and unable to work, I’m happy to know the reason for the pain.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
