5.0 star star star star starI'm a 72 year old man. I had the good fortune of having 2 excellent primary care physicians for the majority of my life. In 2009, the 2nd of of my physicians retired and I began bouncing around amongst a long series of physicians while always less than fully satisfied over the level of care I was receiving. In 2019 I decided to research NW Regional Physicians and settled on Dr. Langman after reading his online reviews. He has been a God send. Dr. Langman is thorough, compassionate, and an excellent communicator who takes the time to connect with me on a personal level. He is an exceptional human being and physician. Most importantly, he helped me lose 20 lbs, lower my blood pressure and has direct me to excellent specialists who continue to all keep me in excellent overall health.

He is proactive in my wellness journey. He has a vision for my wellness path, which he shares with me. Under his guidance, my blood pressure, weight (over 85 pounds lost), A1C scores have dropped to normal levels. Can't "sing his praises" enough!!! I consider him a friend and a health and wellness mentor. A+++++.

5.0 star star star star starExcellent doctor. Dr Langman always answers my questions and offers his perspective. He listens to what I am saying which makes me feel like he cares. He doesn't overreact to changing health results but offers balanced and prudent advice. Although I don't have a lot of trust in the medical industry (particularly those organizations that are driven by profitability), Dr Langman is an exception. I have tremendous trust in him. I feel lucky to have had him as my doctor over a large part of my lifetime.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
