Dr Delacruz' initial intake appointment was thorough, kind, helpful, and gave me a sense of a workable roadmap forward in this long, arduous journey. She has given me actionable, easy to remember steps, and recommended (concurred on) starting a new regimen that would help me get off constant antibiotics. I have seen her twice since and am grateful to have Dr Delacruz on my NM team. Her 'bedside manner' is impeccable and her sound advice and always warm, caring smile are most appreciated.
