Dr. Reed listens. She does not “talk over your head”. I find her to be a very down to earth person. She ask questions if you are having trouble making your point in order for her to understand how you are feeling about a certain thing that was said in order to get clarification. I thank her for being the kind of PERSON that she is!

She is all of the above and more. If all your doctors were like Doctor Reed at Northwestern Hospital people would be constantly lined up patiently waiting to be seen. She is a great listener and expresses genuine concern for her patients. She is extremely intelligent. Simply put, she is a beautiful, unique human being.
