3.0 star star star star_border star_borderDr. Reed is knowledgeable but should spend more time speaking with patients and their families. We wait several months at a time to speak with her so it’s disheartening to feel rushed.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Reed listens. She does not “talk over your headâ€. I find her to be a very down to earth person. She ask questions if you are having trouble making your point in order for her to understand how you are feeling about a certain thing that was said in order to get clarification. I thank her for being the kind of PERSON that she is!

5.0 star star star star starShe is all of the above and more. If all your doctors were like Doctor Reed at Northwestern Hospital people would be constantly lined up patiently waiting to be seen. She is a great listener and expresses genuine concern for her patients. She is extremely intelligent. Simply put, she is a beautiful, unique human being.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
