AGAIN BRITTNEY WAS EXCELLENT IN PREPARING ME FOR MY UPCOMING SURGERY. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. BRITTNEY TOOK HER TIME IN EXPLAINING ALL PHASES AND MADE SURE THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS
