Serious Dr but still had a warm smile and listened to another woma n who was there for a second opinion and same surgeon We listened to the surgeon from Northwestern. Team . We give Dr Strescek our respect. He asked for All mri's. Xrays and lab results. He was honest in saying surgery to Dr Strescek was that it was dangerous. for any more surgeric could take her life

Dr. STRICSEK is a hero in my book. He correctly diagnosed my spine problem and preformed the required surgery. Now, 3 months after surgery, I am almost pain free and rarely take meds. I feel like I have been given my life back. I am looking forward to traveling again!

I came to Northwestern because I wanted to be in a teaching hospital. I selected Dr Stricsek based on his record and could not have been more pleased. He was easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns. He never rushed, giving me his full attention. He discussed his decisions on the surgeries with me in detail so that I knew what to anticipate. I would definitely recommend him to any family or friend needing a spinal surgeon.

Dr. listened to me. What I told him was important to him. At no time did I ever feel like I was being talked down to or just a number or a paycheck. Doctor was amazingly precise explain things clearly and making sure that I understood what we were doing and why. His team has the utmost respect for him and he has the utmost respect for them. The care I received from him was just simply over the top wonderful. I'd also like to add, that when the surgery was said and done, and I had gone home, with only follow-up visits afterwards, his team answered my calls, returned my calls, checked to see how I was doing. It wasn't just while they were in business hours, it was at all times. He left me feeling as though not only did I have a future I didn't have to take all the steps by myself.
