Dr. Reynolds has a great bedside manner and is adept at asking the key questions to help patients decide on a course of action. I especially like that he knows his patients well enough to anticipate how they would react to various possible outcomes and include that in the risk/benefit analysis. He is always responsive when I have needed to get on his schedule.
