Dr. Dematte thoroughly answers my questions and concerns, and reviews all test results and imaging with me to explain what is going on with my body. She is very thoughtful in her responses, and always gives me the best recommendations for treatments and any other actions I can take for my health. I am comfortable discussing anything with her. She takes extremely good care of me, and I appreciate all she does for her patients and me to keep us healthy.

Dr D’Amico was thorough, while attentive, treated me as a person/patient making eye contact while asking me questions, all my symptoms, exam me thoroughly, and went through with me my chest ct scan. I feel she took the time needed at my appointment. Dr Lawrence (fellow) was very thorough, medical history and reviewing my lung scan with me.

Dr. Dematte is very thorough and conscientious about the patient's overall health. She does not jump to treating an illness with medications that may have adverse side effects. She is in high demand and access to set up appointments can be several months to a year unless an emergency. That is why I rated a 9 vs a 10.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jane Dematte because she is an excellent Doctor! She was able to provide me with a firm diagnosis of Systemic Scleroderma after another specialist overlooked the possibility of lung involvement. I am so lucky that I was referred to Dr. Dematte for her expertise! I feel like I hit the jackpot with having a Doctor who truly understands the complexity of this disease in the Chicagoland area! I am so appreciative of Dr. Dematte and her team. Nurse Maddie is amazing too! Dr. Dematte is easy to talk to. She listens and explains things clearly. She ROCKS!
