5.0 star star star star starShe was thorough, did an x-ray, sent me home with what I needed_ and put it all in writing because I was so nervous I wouldn't have remembered! She was great. Very reassuring. And when I got home, I saw that she anticipated what I should do if I'm in pain_ something I hadn't even thought to ask about. So I think she's terrific.

5.0 star star star star starShe really took the time to listen to my concerns. In most urgent care experiences, it is common to feel rushed or overlooked. She considered my medical history and spent the time to ensure I received a proper care for what I was experiencing.

5.0 star star star star starMy health car professional was outstanding. As I indicated above, I was not feeling well at all and I really needed a health care professional who was highly skilled and knowledgeable to help me. Dr Singh asked me questions and then helped me understand what was the matter with me and how the treatment she was prescribing would help me get better. She was patient and very supportive and I felt well taken care of. She explained my medication and how it would help me and what other things I could do to feel better and more comfortable. I felt very confident in the treatment I received and my doctor's expertise in treating me.

5.0 star star star star starI'm sure the job of being a physician or a PA especially in an urgent care position is very taxing. Yet despite being super busy, she was incredibly thoughtful and heard everything I had to say when describing my symptoms and pain. I'm relieved as heck that due to her interpretation on my urine sample she erred on the side of getting me out of pain and prescribed an antibiotic. I can sleep and move now as the pain subsides more and more every day. I'm very thankful to her.

5.0 star star star star starI really feel as though she addressed my concern and really heard me when I said that I had probably been exposed to an upper respiratory infection on January 3rd. I was concerned it might not have shown up on the panel that was done on the 6th. She ordered another one, which diagnosed RSV. She gave me great advice on how to avoid spreading it, which is critical. It is especially important because a few neighbors in my building are elderly!

5.0 star star star star starHe told me step by step what they were going to do. They had two options, thank God, he just took one, he told me step by step what was going to happen to me with the medications he gave me, very excellent. Thank you.

5.0 star star star star starShe was very calming and helpful, which made the process easier since I wasn't as calmed as I would have liked. She also worked around my finger very quickly and kept reassuring that everything was going to be ok.
