My recent telehealth appointment with Tina Murphy, CNP was a very positive experience. Her phone call was punctual, attentive and seemed genuinely compassionate. She took ample time listening to my concerns, asked thoughtful follow-up questions and explained everything to me clearly without rushing. I shared my concerns with Tina about my birth control not meeting its expectations and she quickly found a way to problem solve. This helped answer all my questions and she's hopeful it will help all my symptoms. She even explained her reasoning behind it all and what to do if we discovered it wasn't helping with certain symptoms. It made me feel hopeful and seen as a patient.
