The provider speaks well and simple so patients can understand which keeps the patient listening and focused which also encourages communication to assist with the plan of treatment and fosters a positive relationship which also builds trust. When patients trust their providers this increases cooperation with plans and improves outcomes.

I’ve known Pat for years through this office. I trust her implicitly as she is incredibly knowledgeable, sensitive, and always looking out for her patients’ best interests. And believe it or not, I always end up laughing with her, even when I learned that I needed surgery (that’s pretty amazing!) I can say without hesitation that I trust her recommendations without equivocation. She is amazing!
