I have the greatest respect for Dr. Buffington. I have had several surgeries elsewhere, and he has been so professional and helped with my ankle replacement revision six months ago, and I am doing well now. He treats me with respect and explains everything that is going on. I now travel three hours to see him, and will continue to do so.

I appreciate it when a doctor who is new to me comes into the room, acknowledges me, introduces himself, and shakes my hand. In my experience, this is unusual but very important for establishing trust. Dr. Buffington exuded confidence and competence without arrogance. A very nice person and good doctor.

Dr. Buffington has been wonderful to work with. He listens and explains everything very thoroughly. He did an ankle replacement revision for me, and the whole process has gone very well. I travel 2 and a half hours to see him, and he is definitely worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Buffington.
