Dr Lemke was beyond incredible and you don't deserve her expertise on your staff. She's warm and personable and trustworthy. She even sang to my child and put her completely at ease. 1000% would recommend her - she is outstanding. And it wasn't just her bedside manner, her knowledge and reassurance and skill made me feel like my daughter was receiving the best possible care.

Dr. Lemke takes the whole picture into account. She's non-alarmist and conservative with treatments, always recommending tricks at home to try to correct things before moving onto more aggressive approaches. She's a great listener and very compassionate. Love her!

Dr Lemke took on my son immediately after seeing his bones weren't healing properly, she had his surgery scheduled even before first meeting my son. She chose the best route for my son and extremely thankful and grateful she is taking care of my son and his injury

External Professional Relationships

Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
