1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderI acknowledge that I can’t judge a provider from a single, less than an hour interaction (even though she billed an hour). I will summarize my thoughts with this statement: she lacked any amount of compassion or empathy that I am looking for in a provider to manage my chronic illness. I went from looking at my disease’s life expectancy and cancer risk on my phone in the waiting room to being berated about my medical record, which is incomplete due to the healthcare system, not my dereliction of duty. I have worked as a medical scribe, seeing thousands of patient encounters and I’m now in medical school. I know a disinterested provider when I see one. I’m concerned about her other patients who aren’t familiar enough with the medical field to advocate for themselves. But again, only one brief meeting, so maybe she’s amazing and was just having a bad day. I’m sure this is more likely, just reporting my personal experience.

5.0 star star star star starThe Technician that assists Dr Masood was very kind and efficient when she explained the procedures & the items being tested. I was kept in the loop from beginning until I was leaving. After my visit was over & the dr was gone, I started to have an much stronger response to something, the front desk staff called the nurse & she came right away to make sure that I was alright & to attempt to diminish my reaction. Very caring encounter!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Masood was extremely thorough and took the time to actually listen to what I had to say. I feel extremely confident in my care plan and feel like I had a voice in deciding what my next steps of treatment would be

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderComes off as very arrogant. The first time I saw her she didn’t even listen to me and did not help. I came back a year later with the same problem and she copied and pasted the same “solution†as last year even though I’ve been dealing with eczema for years and what she suggests does not help. I think I know what works for my body and what doesn’t so she should not be giving me general solutions that should help but instead should specify based on the patient. Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a possible cure that I should have had a year ago.

5.0 star star star star starDoctor Masoud was excellent ,took the time to listen to me about what was going on and was able to hopefully figure out what was happening. I really appreciate that. Well done for Dr Masood and her team.

5.0 star star star star starShe is the most brilliant Doctor. She is always in front of layers of ones individual health and completely is capable of solving the immediate concerns with a long term approach. She is able to make connections and cross over to areas that relate when called upon. NW Hospital is extremely fortunate to have her as we are as a family.

2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderUnfortunately as detailed as her notes are she doesn’t listen to me. I called due to another reaction causing eye AND lip swelling and itching and she wanted to treat me for pink eye and send me to optometrist. Even though I just saw her Saturday. Finally when my mom got involved she increased my Zyrtec for swelling and itching. I’m having an allergic reaction and would of been dismissed for pink eye.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Masood was extremely thorough and utterly interested in me as a patient. Besides inquiring about my allergy, she investigated all my prescriptions and health story. I was so impressed with her brilliance and findings.

5.0 star star star star starVery knowledgeable, offered recommendations that no other doctor has in the past for same issue. Identified a medical condition and how it affected the accuracy of my previous food allergy testing. Identified that I am likely NOT allergic to five foods as was thought. Office staff very friendly. Cannot say enough good things about dr Masood. She is so sweet too

5.0 star star star star starVery, very thorough doctor. Spent an enormous amount of time going through everything with a fine toothed comb. Felt very assured that she wasn’t going to leave anything undone. Shared some opinions/advice about medications and illnesses never addressed by any other md’s before that was quite informative and helpful. Very sweet, caring and thorough.

5.0 star star star star starIt was my first time to see Dr. Masood was very nice. As soon as she open the door she said I’m on it. She is very thorough. She asked a lot of questions that’s what I like a kind of doctor. I know she can help me so that I can go back to work.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_bordera combination of blood work - 26 lb toddler taking 6 tubes of blood from a suspected iron defic anemia toddler , and some sexist remarks to me as a father that i don't know an answer (and mom would know multiple times). No pre-work asking for diet would be nice to have ready for doctor, and no post work - didn't tell me the lotion that I should use or if he needs an epipen (the nurse told me about it)

5.0 star star star star starDr. Masood was probably my favorite doctor I've ever encountered in my life. She exudes enthusiasm for her work and that enthusiasm was contagious. I have actually described my appointment to friends and family as 'fun' (and I'm typically severly anxious about any type of medical experience). The nurse was wonderful, too, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The entire testing and diagnosis process was fascinating.
