Dr. Deeba Masood is an awesome doctor. She does her research before even seeing her patients. She is very nice and spends all the time necessary to gather information about your history. She is very thorough and conscientious. She even helps to find the best cost for prescriptions.

She had studied my file very carefully and knew small details. She caught a mistake made by otolaryngoloegy. Dr. [ ] made a mistake that could have killed me and Dr Masood caught it. He prescribed [RX]. I have a long history of Major Depressive Disorder. A side effect of this medication is suicidal depression. I had a ketamine infusion two weeks before my ENT appointment and needed another this past week which can only be explained by the medication I received. I normally get ketamine for depression every six to eight weeks. Dr. [ ] really could have killed me and Dr. Masood was had reviewed everything with me. I am grateful to her diligence

Dr Masood and her medical assistant were the best! Dr. Masood gave my daughter time to answer questions. She has the patience of a saint. Her medical assistant came to get us, apologized for the delay even though we only waited 10 minutes. She was quick and told us next steps and what to expect. It was a great visit.

This was my first visit to Dr. Deeba Masood at Northwestern Medicine Allergy Clinic, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Masood is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything in detail, and make me feel comfortable with my treatment plan. She is thorough, patient, and truly dedicated to her patients. Her team is just as amazing! Lupe (MA) was warm, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kelly (nurse) was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt well taken care of. For a first-time visit, I couldn't have been more impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Masood, Lupe, and Kelly for anyone in need of expert allergy care. They are truly exceptional!

Dr. Masood leaves no stone unturned. She is the most comprehensive and caring doctor I have ever seen. She spends the time she needs to get the full picture of what is going on with you. She is an integrative medicine specialist as well as an immunologist and allergist. I can't say enough amazing things about her. Although I also should mention her incredible bedside manner.

My wife went to her for some issues, and she did not know I have known Dr. Masood for a long time. My wife came home and told me she had the best doctor for her allergies and nasal issues. I asked who it was, and she told me Dr. Masood. I laughed and said she is the most awesome doctor.

Dr. Masood is thorough. She is able to analyze a great deal of information across medical records embedded in multiple specialties through the lens of immunology. She is impressively capable. She is also a great teacher in that she explains at the same time she is analyzing. In addition to being an excellent medical doctor, she is warm and friendly. I highly recommend.

Dr. Masood came prepared. She had done her research before I got there. I felt so seen, so heard. There was no rock left unturned to try to get to the root cause of the issue. Her energy is electric and contagious. She makes you feel so comfortable, like an old friend you have known. I feel so lucky our paths aligned. What a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Masood spent a full hour with me at my allergy appointment. She took the time to listen to me and get to know me. She also talked a lot about the causes of my symptoms, and helped me understand how allergies and my immune system work. I thought the whole appointment was really eye opening and insightful. Along with diagnosing my allergies, she ordered immune system tests to continue uncovering the causes of my symptoms.

While Dr Masood is a bit upfront, she's incredibly thorough - I felt a bit rough because I thought I had annoyed her mentioning a potential for [specified] related to autism that my neuropsych recommended I check into but that I was ranking low on likely issues, but realized later in the evening it was likely due to her sharing my belief that it wasn't likely (and the neuropsych stepped out of bounds a bit in suggesting it perhaps?) I only rank her a 9 because I have some more sensitive folks who wouldn't be a good personality fit as her patient. So far I think she's a good fit for me!

Dr Masood was incredibly comforting and knowledgeable. She took a detailed history, worked with me on several tests in office and followed up after the fact to see how I was doing. I cannot recomend her enough as both a physician and person.

Dr. Masood came in the room as if she had been expecting me. She told me she did her homework and had reviewed my chart the night before which made me feel comfortable off the bat. Together we reviewed my complex chart and I felt heard and understood. We came up with a plan and she ordered lots of tests to get to the bottom of my issue. I left the visit feeling heard and cared for. I have never been happier with the way a doctor has treated me. She is truly the sweetest and very knowledgeable! I'm happy I found her and look forward to having her as part of my care team.
