I like the doctor very much. He was personable, informative, and I felt very comfortable with him. I've been looking for a doctor that I felt was someone I could talk to, who is confident and liked his job. I would be very happy to have this doctor as my doctor again

Dr. Rabacal was excellent and patient and explained things very clearly. I felt heard and well-informed. In addition, I very much appreciated that he had seen the notes from my primary provider so the aide and he knew why I was there before I even told him. He had also looked at my background and knew of my prior conditions and how they related to this visit. He also called me when the results of one of my tests came in minutes after I left, so that I could come back into the clinic. I was only half way down the block, so I could easily come back in. I very much appreciated that additional effort.

Dr. Rabacal was great. He removed sutures from my nose. I was nervous. His calm, friendly demeanor put me at ease. Did a great job removing the sutures. He then gave me very clear post visit care instructions. I would highly recommend him. He is great!

We had our first visit with Dr. Rabacal and was thoroughly impressed. He was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to all our concerns without making us feel rushed. His caring and compassionate demeanor made us feel truly valued as a patient. Additionally, he was very thorough, addressing every question I had and explaining everything clearly. I left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend Dr. Rabacal to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients.

Dr. Rabacal is super kind and knowledgeable. When he walked into my room, he greeted me with a "long time no see" and talked to me about the last time he saw me, which was a few years ago, and the issue I came in for. It was obvious that he reviewed my medical history before seeing me, which did help me feel at ease and well cared for. That's not something you usually expect from an urgent care, but I truly feel as though Dr. Rabacal is part of my treatment team at Northwestern. Thank you for providing me excellent care!
