5.0 star star star star starDr. Conley kept me very informed about what was going on with my surgical needs. He answered every question that I asked and explained everything that I didn't understand. I would recommend him to anyone who needs surgical needs in particularly anyone who has complicated surgical needs like I had.

5.0 star star star star starI really like Dr. Conley a lot. I was nervous about finding a sinus specialist at NW, but felt at ease within the first ten seconds of meeting him. He has a great personality and he's very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me, despite how anxious I had been that morning.

5.0 star star star star starHe explained the surgical procedure I will hopefully be having soon. I appreciated that he ordered the additional MRI testing because just as he would like to know exactly what he's facing, I would like to know as well. His professionalism is incredible. I feel I am in very good hands.

5.0 star star star star starDoctor Conley and assistant/student doctor (forgot his name, but he was tall, brown hair, & had a light beard) were both super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained their thoughts well, asked my opinion several times. I wish all of my doctors were this thorough in their questioning & knowledge.

5.0 star star star star starI've seen Dr. Conley twice now for chronic sinus issues and possible sinus surgery, and honestly_he's a gem. His bedside manner is impeccable: calm, confident, and genuinely kind. He somehow balances being deeply knowledgeable with having a great sense of humor, which makes the whole process feel less clinical and more human. What really stands out is how much time he takes to explain everything. He lays out all your options clearly, answers every question with patience (and zero eye rolls!), and works with you to come up with a smart, logical plan. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or like you're taking up too much time_he's just fully present. A friend recommended him after two failed sinus surgeries elsewhere; Dr. Conley finally got it right and changed her life. I'm currently trying a conservative plan for a few months, and if that doesn't work, I feel completely confident moving forward with surgery in his care. If you're looking for an ENT surgeon who's not only skilled but also warm, attentive, and collaborative, Dr. Conley's your guy. Total win.
