Joyce treated me with respect. She spoke directly to me and explained the possible procedures that were available to fix my problem. Once I chose the procedure that I was comfortable with, she understood. and went forward with getting insurance approval and scheduling my next appointment. She read paperwork, listened to me, showed me x-rays, explained them, gave me prognosis and 2 treatments. I chose to have my knee drained. She explained everything she did before she did it, was gentle, asked if I wanted to see fluid/blood. Answered all my questions and gave me complete instructions for goung home. I also received written instructions. I really liked her.
