Melissa was an excellent AU.D. She was kind, friendly, compassionate & knowledgeable. After my hearing test, she explained the results, answered all my questions. Melissa also told me to put mineral oil on my finger and rub inside of my ear to relieve itching & dryness so I feel better. Her advice helped a lot. My husband & I had appts. next to each other. He was also very happy how she explained to put us at ease. She is wonderful.
