She was very professional, addressed that we had waited for a while, which I appreciate & understand. It's very refreshing when a provider acknowledges a long wait & explains a little without sharing any details about the other patients instead of just ignoring the delay. She was very compassionate towards my daughter. We ended up in IC because we just can't get into a dermatologist until June, & my daughter has experienced a very significant worsening of her minor acne. It's affecting her self esteem & desire to socialize, & something happened at school on Thursday that brought her to tears. Over the counter treatments weren't working so I took her in in hopes of getting something stronger.
