5.0 star star star star starI have had the same endocrinologist for 30 years but had to change doctors because he retired. I chose to see Dr. Cedeno because she is near my home. She was very friendly, thorough and seemed to really care about my well being.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Cedeno, actually listened to my input related to research I had done on osteoporosis medications and my preference given their different mechanisms of action, results, my lifestyle, medical history and concerns. Clearly, she knows her stuff, so it was especially refreshing to be treated like a partner in the process rather than a patient to be "prescribed" to.

5.0 star star star star starShe is super caring! absolutely love her. She was very thorough in explaining what was going on with me. She asked me if i had any questions and answered them for me. She let me know that she wants to see me back in a year to see how I am progressing. She really made me feel relaxed.

5.0 star star star star starShe's very patient and a very good listener. Plus, she went over everything with me very thoroughly and told me in detail any kind of potential side effects and she was very good at me asking questions.

5.0 star star star star starI am very satisfied on the nurse and the doctor . Dr. takes her time to explain my present situation . She took time in explaining everything thing to me . Gave me medical advise and conveyed to me what I should first before the next appointment.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Cedeno is what every doctor should strive to be. She is attentive, caring, present and supportive. I hate doctors, with a passion, and when I know I'm going to see her I don't feel scared or angry or frustrated like I do with other doctors. I feel calm, safe and accountable for my own health and decisions.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
