5.0 star star star star starThey care! They want to figure out the problem and attack it head on. No games, no words you don't understand. Your not just a PATIENT coming in with a problem (especially Dr. Lisa) she makes you feel as if is a regular conversation. She's not degrading nor disrespectful. I was so scared when I went in but came out feeling like a weight had been lifted and I feel better

5.0 star star star star starThe doctor was most excellent. She listened, emphasized, guided and was totally relatable. Additionally, she thoroughly reviewed my medical records again, even after I left the hospital, and called with follow-up questions to make sure all i’s were dotted and t’s crossed. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Lisa Wilsbacher was outstanding. We had a scheduling mixup and rather than force me to reschedule she called me to see if everything was okay and then immediately switched to a virtual visit and was gracious and caring the entire time. She listened intently and still allowed the needed time to complete my analysis without rushing or ever losing her calm and caring demeanor.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
