Dr. Shastri is very adept, knowledgeable, and skilled. He also provides suggestions for additional care and recovery as needed. All of this plus the fact that he succeeded in a fairly in-depth surgery which involved a condition that proved to be even more extensive than originally thought to be.

Dr. Shastri is a very talented surgeon! He was incredibly patient with us throughout the process answering every question, that by the time we got to the surgery, we felt ready to go and like we were part of the process. He is kind and gentle, and is intuitive to what the healing process will look like for each patient. He has actually made me feel different about elective surgery and taken the fear out of it. He understood that by fixing my double deviated septum he was giving me my life back. He is a rock star!

What an amazing doctor and affiliated staff. Becky the scheduler to the actual doctor visits are all top notch. Dr. Shastri has great bedside manner, cares about his craft, and does an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Dr Shastri demonstrates all of the attributes I seek in a practitioner. He listens attentively to my symptoms and concerns, asks productive questions that elicit the most useful information from me, and thoroughly explains his preliminary diagnosis. Then he proposes next steps regarding tests followed by treatment protocols- once again thoroughly explaining his rationale for doing each. Under his care, I feel heard, respected, and confident that I understand Dr Shastri's treatment plan. He's wonderful and I'm grateful I found him!

At first meeting him he seemed a little stand off'ish but that may have been due to him not being able to perform the procedure in the office that day. After meeting him again and Dr [full name], both of them were competent physicians and had a good bedside manner and did a wonderful successful surgery on my ear.
