5.0 star star star star starDr. Watson was so pleasant and easy to talk to as soon as she walked in the door I felt a sense of calmness. She listened to my concerns and addressed them also gave me lots of information about what I came in for I would definitely recommend her and I'm sorry she doesn't have her own practice because I would be a patient.

5.0 star star star star starI've been to this immediate care over the years, and never come across her. She was amazing! She took the time to listen to me, and then to share her thoughts, she then had even thought about extra things and had come back to re- discuss them with me. I appreciated that she spoke to me like a person. She didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions, she truly made sure that I understood what she was saying and any questions that I had she answered. She really was just so easy to talk to and made the situation so much better.

5.0 star star star star starShe is a God sent! I feel I have been ignored all week with my pain until she actually sat down with me and let me cry. She was very comforting and kind. Never met a doctor so accepting and genuinely helpful.

5.0 star star star star starAshley listen to my concerns, asked, pointed questions, and gave good information for how to continue moving forward. She was kind, compassionate, and had a sense of humor. She was efficient and made it very clear that if my symptoms returned in any way I I should come back in for an appointment

5.0 star star star star starWe saw Dr. Watson at the Immediate Care. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. She was also empathetic and helped us clearly understand all of our treatment options. I've been treated by many providers and although it was a short visit, she was very impressive!

5.0 star star star star starShe was so caring, and really listened to my concerns. She explained some options I had and walked me through each. I appreciate it when doctors take the time and make you feel like a person and not rushed.

5.0 star star star star starI was one of Dr Marcel Hoffman's patients for 15 plus years. Sadly he passed away. I am still working on a new GP. Waiting time to get in is 5 or 6 months. Dr. Franki endocrinologist requires a referral for new patients. That's what I was after. Dr Watson did the referral for me. Dr F requires quite a list of info even though also a Northwestern doctor. I don't understand why.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
