Five Stars for Dr. Ivie Okundaye and Her Outstanding Team I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Okundaye and her entire team. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you can tell it is efficiently and professionally run. The staff is organized, welcoming, and truly committed to patient care. Dr. Okundaye is thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly empathetic. She takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure all questions are answered. What stands out most is her prompt follow-up on lab results and her dedication to keeping patients informed and supported every step of the way. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Okundaye on my medical team. The visit with Dr. Okundaye was phenomenal. We felt we were listened to for the first time. She spent unrushed time to understand patient history, recent diagnoses and walked is through her assessment and recommendations. I appreciated how Dr. Okundaye spoke directly to my mother, the patient, and explained information to her even though I am her power of attorney and often medical providers speak only to me. We felt very well cared for during this very vulnerable and scary time in our lives. She gave us hope.

Ontime. Dr. O. was attentive, knowledgeable, professional. LISTENED, has a plan, and was efficient. Answered all questions, and for an hour made me feel like I was her whole focus. Good communicator. And most of all, caring.

There's a lot of physicians in the world and a lot in the state of Illinois I've seen so many over my 63 years of life but when you meet people like Dr. O and get to know her for a half hour consultation, I'm gonna tell you she's a great doctor. She cares about people she cares about her Patience. And she is just such a very nice person. Very nice. I give her a 10 and I've only seen her for 40 minutes.

Dr. Okundaye is an absolutely incredible doctor! She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. I truly appreciated how reassuring she was and how she took the time to explain everything in terms that were easy to understand. I never felt rushed_she patiently answered every question I had. She's exactly the kind of doctor I like and feel completely comfortable with. What a pleasant and capable professional. Incredible experience from start to finish!
