5.0 star star star star starSame reasons as my previous comment_ she provided all the treatment for my recent broken ankle. She has also helped with additional issues post my broken ankle recovery. She is personable and also thorough. She provided 5 treatment options for my knee after assessing my ankle issue.

5.0 star star star star starLauren is careful to open with how I am doing. Then moves to what we were going to do and was incredibly attentive to every step! Even down to making CERTAIN my bandages weren't too tight - and very willingly re-wrapped a couple times until it felt right AND was medically sound! WHO DOES THAT!?!

5.0 star star star star starBryanna carefully cut off/took off the soft cast I was given on Tuesday 12/39/25. I came in on Friday morning for an early appointment than the stitches-out date, because I fell on Wed. (Getting used to the knee scooter!) All the staff were nice, professional, and caring.

5.0 star star star star starThe doctors assistant listened to my questions and answered them thoroughly. She showed me what doctor Senall found and what he did to address the problem. Also the nurse did an excellent job on removing my stitches.

5.0 star star star star starLauren really listened to my concerns. The urgent care hadn't noticed that there was an alignment issue, but she noticed and fixed it. She included me in care decisions and took her time to make sure I was fixed up properly and I appreciate that so much.

5.0 star star star star starI was very impressed by Lauren noticing the road rash wound on my right leg, even though I went in to discuss my left ankle fracture. She asked to check the road rash, ordered a round of antibiotics to make sure it doesn't get infected, and had the RN change out the dressing for me. The visit was above and beyond my expectations!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
