5.0 star star star star starAs I stated in the last question she is the only obgyn in the Chicago are that was willing to take the time to understand how I desired to treat my menopause symptoms so as to have quality of life again. I would have had to keep looking possibly out of state perhaps in Texas for menopause care.

5.0 star star star star starI wish I could give her more than a 10! Trauma informed care is so very important in healthcare delivery, especially so in gynecology. Dr. Kurtzer seems at the highest end of her field, I hope she can impart her decades of experience, knowledge, skill set, and compassion to those in training to be future gynecologist. I found my appointment with her to be very healing. Thank you Dr. Kurtzer!

She always makes sure I understand what’s happening and why, and she doesn’t get impatient or upset if I have more questions or need to take more time to understand everything and feel ready to proceed, especially with exams.

5.0 star star star star starIve had chronic pay for over 20 years and I appreciate her patience and thoroughness. It makes me feel heard and seen. I appreciate the time she spends answering all my questions when I know she must have a busy schedule. Having chronic pain is very challenging to deal with as a patient. Having someone who spends so much time with me to hopefully make thing better takes some of the stress away.

I never felt rushed or just another â€thing†that needed to be “processed.†I felt like I was treated like a human being. She was very gentle and respectful during the pelvic exam, explaining what she was doing as she went along which made the experience less awkward and more natural and matter of fact.
