At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
Dr Kielb was awesome. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease when she explained my health options going forward. I especially liked that Dr Kielb and her intern listened intently as I described my issues. Both have a great bedside manner
Was personable and knowledgable and spent the appointment time productively, testing while at the appointment (without requiring to come back a second time), went over next steps/options in great detail.
Dr Kielb is so amazing. She has always been there for me and knowing her and Dr Meeks are there if I need them whether it’s for something major or just a dimple concern or question, makes me so at ease about my health.
Dr Kielb has an outstanding bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable upon entering the room. Very clear in explaining the options for my issues and willing to listen to my feedback. I have every confidence in her
She was very patient listening to my OAB symptoms, past history of the treatment I’ve received from other urologists & urogynecologists. She discussed the various options for treating me in depth, carefully listening to what I had to say about each in terms of whether or not they might work for me. I think we’ve developed a good plan for treatment.
Dr. Kielb gave me excellent advice today as to whether I should forgo surgery that was scheduled for a day later this month. I was impressed with the reasons I should consider both for and against surgery. I would give her a 10+.
Professional and approachable. Open and honest and has a great bedside manner. She is accessible. She listens. And she is empathic to a patient’s situation. Really easy to work with. Highly recommend her!
I experienced a pleasant , welcoming and comfortable environment and staff. Dr. Kielb was warm and informative. I felt that she saw me as a person first and then as a patient. She thoroughly explained her observations and what were my options regarding treatment.
