Dr. Sheriff was awesome! She had wonderful bedside manner and really took the time to patiently answer all my questions. She determined that I needed an appointment with a foot/ankle doctor in the Northwestern orthopedic department and was acutely aware of the long lead times for such appointments. She put in a high priority request on my behalf, advised me as to other Northwestern ortho locations that might have better availability than Streeterville, and even stayed with me while I booked the appointment to ensure I could get in as quickly as possible. She was such a gem and I so appreciate her going above and beyond in her care of me!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Doctor was great!! I had an issue with my eye (turned out to be a scratch) and was in the middle of a conference. Was trying to get back for a session where I was speaking. She even found me samples to get started with the eye drops until I had time to pick them up later. I also appreciated her guidance on follow up!
