He was kind, thorough and helpful. He didnâ€™t rush the appointment, he asked appropriate questions, and he gave me the opportunity to speak and ask questions. He immediately put my mind at ease about my abnormal blood count likely not being serious, yet he did not dismiss any health concerns I have regarding what he thinks is the reason for my low WBC. And he followed up everything we talked about with appropriate testing.
