I have been a patient of Dr. Neubauer for approximately 37 years. He has provided great medical care for myself and delivered both of my children as well. He is very personable and explains illnesses and treatments well. He also listens to and takes into consideration my opinions.

I've had Joe as my doctor for my entire life and he's an incredible man. An incredible Doctor amazing human being and extremely special person who I'm certain save my life when I was younger. I know he will be retiring in the next couple years and I am certain the thousands of people he is taken care of will be very, very sad about that. I absolutely love him and our whole family does. What a great guy.

Dr. Neubauer is always up to date on all aspects of medical research. He has a memory of a steel trap. Remembers important information about patients. Also shows high levels of emotional intelligence, esp empathy. He remains self aware of how he conveys himself. He has no "Dr God" complex or any airs like that about him. He's been my GP for 29 years and he's been the best physician I've had.

I can't say enough about Dr. Neubauer!!! He walks into your room with a big smile on you face and shakes your hand, so friendly!!! He takes his time with you and really listens to how you feel. He goes over all your lab results and explains everything and what to be concerned about or not. Love his sense of humor too!! Definitely a huge difference from my prior Primary Doctor from Arlington Heights.
