5.0 star star star star starGood "bedside" manner. He's very easy to talk to and covers all the basics in an annual exam and then answers any questions you might have. Always reviews anything we have discussed in previous appointments as well.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fox is very thorough. He includes me by asking me questions and answers my questions. if I have a follow up question or new question, I'm able to contact him on MyChart and he very promptly follows up. I feel comfortable asking him questions, even if the subject could be kind of embarrassing or uncomfortable. He's always in a good mood and has a good sense of humor.

5.0 star star star star starDr Fox has been my primary care doctor for over 30 years. He's very easy to talk to and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions that I might have. He also is very prompt at responding to messages on your app.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fox saw me on time and gave me detailed attention and explained test results. A week before, Dr. Fox had ordered the blood work that diagnosed my acute disease. Without his interventions, and several phone calls to me at home, I was admitted to the hospital. Without his rapid response I believe my condition would have rapidly deteriorated into total kidney function loss.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fox provides detailed information on the various tests and blood work, and gives specific suggestions on how to address any issues detected. He ensures you understand the tests and test results. He provides fast followup, at the start of the business day, on any tests that were conducted overnight, and speaks to you directly to ensure any questions you might have are clearly answered. He is GREAT!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fox is very caring he reaches out to via the portal or calls you and keeps you up-to-date of your health. I'm very happy that I was able to have him as my Internal Medicine doctor I've had two of them retire.

5.0 star star star star starVery knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and proactive. He involves me in all care decisions and his bedside manner is terrific. When there was a problem with one of my medications earlier this year (made worse by an error on the part of the NWM staff), he went to bat against the insurer for me (unsuccessfully, as it turns out).

5.0 star star star star starI enjoy working with Dr. Fox. He starts as all business, but the discussion become more of a conversation. He does a great job of balancing his serious-doctor side (running the gauntlet of starting questions) and his conversational side with a sense of humor. I feel I can be honest with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
