5.0 star star star star starEverything above - AJ and team are outstanding. Spend considerable amount of time with me talking through my injuries and recovery. Thorough X-rays compared to others. Easy communication through app. AJ is so responsive and he is not available someone else responds. I emailed him on multiple occasions and always received a very timely and comprehensive response. AJ also just has a great manner and way about him.

5.0 star star star star starAJ seemed to listen well and understand what my issues were and what steps I had already taken in my attempt to recover from my injury. He did a good job of presenting me with what my options going forward are and what his recommendation is.

5.0 star star star star starI had a bunch of questions and apprehensive about my postop recovery and approved movements and actions with my right arm and shoulder, AJ answered all of my questions, was very patient, informative, and engaged with all my concerns, comments and questions. He reassured me of my postoperative fears, and I left the appointment feeling so much better and so much more confident than I did when I came in.

5.0 star star star star starVery professional, explains all issues thoroughly, unlike the other doctors from Northwestern that I see he respond to his emails on a timely fashion, or instead letting nurses get involved which is extremely frustrating!!!!!

5.0 star star star star starWe went over the results of my MRI. Dr. Korzun put it on his screen and we went through everything. I asked questions along the way when necessary, but he was very clear and helpful. I left knowing what was wrong and what exactly to do next. Brilliant.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
