5.0 star star star star starI really liked her. She made me feel comfortable. She listen and explained everything to me. I feel like she went above and beyond. She pointed out out solutions to my area of concern. She understood my fears and didn't try to push me.

5.0 star star star star starShe was informative, professional, and provided outstanding patient care. The level of care I experienced, along with the excellence of the entire facility and staff like her, has given me full confidence in choosing this location for my primary care. Thank you, Nneka and team!

5.0 star star star star starMs. Nneka was able to describe how the symptoms differed among all three of my children and what that meant for that day's visit, as well treatment/aftercare. She actually showed me what she was looking at in their noses, which was helpful. She explained the Rx instructions thoroughly.

5.0 star star star star starCaring and attentive. In addition to prescriptions, I got a recommendation for a specific over the counter med that wouldn't raise my blood pressure, so she attended to my history in my chart. The only thing is I don't think I needed a chest X-ray.That test was put in before even listening to my chest. I think pneumonia could've been ruled out otherwise. If I didn't have great insurance I might have debated the necessity of that. But I guess she was being thorough. I'll be back there when needed.

5.0 star star star star starShe was professional, knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain the importance of taking care of myself, following up with the doctor and/or PT referrral as well as providing information to educate me about what is going on with my body. I really appreciate all her time and dedication to me as a patient and a human being at the end of the work day.

5.0 star star star star starDown to earth didn't treat me like I was a child who didn't know what was wrong with them. I just appreciate the kindness the reeducating on some things concerning my health. It was a great experience.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
