Dr Epstein has a very kind, supportive approach. She answered all my questions and helped me understand things I was uncertain of. The office atmosphere was very relaxing, with low lighting and her voice was soothing as she explained various things to me. She helped me understand the reasoning for the type of exercises she was recommending.
