Dr Mathias and her staff made me feel so welcome . Every detail and expectation was explained very well. My nerves were calmed down and the rest of the process until my 1st post op was smooth sailing. I can see very well in my left eye and I'm looking forward to my right eye surgery.

Communicates clearly, listened to my questions. And most importantly, the outcomes from both eye surgeries were even better than I had hoped for. No complications, but she made it clear that I could call her any time if any problems arose. She's a star.

My most recent experience is in line with all previous care offered by Dr. Mathias. From cataract surgery through my macular degeneration and glaucoma challenges, Dr. Mathias is extremely knowledgeable regarding my individual case(s) and in coordinating with the rest of the physician team to the end of stabilizing my condition across all these dimensions. Skill in explaining treatment and answering questions provides a basis for my understanding my conditions and confidence that I'm receiving the best possible care.

She really care about you and your needs. She's very patient. She explains everything to you and make you feel really at ease when she's doing her surgery as a matter of fact, she is so good doing her operation procedures that I asked her when she was going to start and she was finished it already. She's a very good doctor and I am so glad that I had her to do my eye surgery.

Dr. [ ] who had performed my cataract surgeries had retired so I chose Dr. Mathias for my yearly follow up. She is a great doctor to whom I would give her a 5 star+ rating. She was very punctual, gave me a great thorough exam and allayed my fears about some potential problems with one eye. She will definitely be my doctor going forward.

She's an excellent doctor very kind patient and understand your knee. As a matter fact she completed my right eye operation. She did it so well that I had to ask her. Did you do the eye operation yet? She had completed it. She's an amazing doctor and I would wouldn't have another eye doctor other than her to operate to tell me about my eyes

Dr. Mathias is a gem of a doctor. She makes you feel comfortable by explaining how your surgery will go and listens to you when asked questions. During the procedure she talked to me to make sure I was doing well and kept me informed of the time and was very supportive.
