Dr. Jackson is phenomenal. The OR was backed up for our c section, and Dr Jackson made sure to keep us updated, advocated for us and stayed late for her shift to make sure she was the one who delivered our baby. She was so kind to me while getting prepped in the OR, and she had a confident, calming presence during the procedure. We felt we were in very capable, caring hands and are very grateful to her for bringing our daughter into the world safely.

Dr. Jackson has incredible bedside manner. I came in with a complicated background/story and she fostered a very non judgmental environment where all questions were welcome. I’m currently grieving my husband and she gently explained the process or egg freezing and assured me I don’t have to rush. I felt so well taken care off. She is the best.

Dr. Jackson made an incredibly uncomfortable procedure less so by clearly explaining every step beforehand, allowing me to ask about pain points, and forecasting every step we had gone over while the procedure was occuring. Her bedside manner is compassionate and genuine. I am so thankful to have found her.

We met Dr. Jackson for the first time in a very intense moment - we had just found out my pregnancy was not viable. Not only did she approach the difficult situation with the utmost of empathy, she picked up on our vibe (mainly, joking through the pain) and went with it. I would recommend her and her partners to anyone and everyone.

This was my first odor to Dr. Jackson after a concern on a recent test. I was very nervous about the possibilities and the Doctor was kind, compassionate, and explained exactly what the steps we would take. She was able to perform a follow procedure right in the office - and she made sure let me know each step of the way. I would highly recommend the doctor.
