I had been to Dr. Ling two years ago my friend went and had surgery done there and I was already there as one of her patients and I needed some care with my hands and I called her and I only had a wait actually a few days to get an appointment I was very happy

I had been seen by Dr. Ling many years ago for a mallet finger I sustained. So, when I incurred another mallet finger injury, I looked her up and was able to see her once again. It was a no brainer based on her previous treatment and personal touch. While she didn't remember me, that was no consequence as her previous treatment resulted in me looking her up once more. And true to my very first visit with her, she did not fail. It was if we had seen each other only a week ago. She was still kind, professional and caring. She is a GREAT asset to Northwestern Medicine team and should be commended as such!!!!
