5.0 star star star star starDr. Smith is very easy to talk to, always asks detailed questions, and seems to truly care. He is by far the best primary care provider I've worked with. He usually runs on time, but still gives me plenty of time to ask questions. I will soon be moving to another neighborhood, but will keep my care with him due to the level of knowledge and dedication he's shown.

5.0 star star star star starDr Smith is sharp, an excellent listener, and treats his patients like human beings instead of statistics or a vessel to push medical dogma onto. It is clear to me that he is a growth oriented provider that has knowledge beyond what he was taught in med school, and his patients will benefit from his diligence and expertise. I am confident in his care for even complicated and complex health issues and am grateful to have him as my primary care provider.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Casey was very quick to return my message in MyChart and was able to get me on to see him as my illness had not ended like we thought it would. He has a very calming manner and diligently listened to everything I was rambling off.

Casey P. Smith, DO reported no external professional relationships for calendar year 2024.
External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
