At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
Did not see the doctor. Was stuck in a room for over 45 minutes with no explanation of what was going on. I walked out. My time is important as well and I deserve to be kept in the loop about my health care. If he has no respect for me or my time than I have no need for the office.
He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition so I could understand everything to expect in the future and also addressed another issue I have and referred me to Wheaton Eye Clinic specialists. I was very impressed with his decisions.
Where to begin-his wealth of knowledge is unmatched and he genuinely cares about his patients well being. He has continuously provided me all treatment options and talked me through the best course. I truly appreciate his willingness to listen to me and my family and check in on my progress. I know I can trust in him.
Dr. Chenelle truly saves my life. I had a large rare cancer in my back and with his guidance and skill and those of the team he put together for me, I am thrilled to say I am in my 6th year cancer free.
I have been a long time patient of Doctor Chenelle and he has always been open, honest and truthful. At this stage of my life, my body has succumbed to the natural aging process. Doctor Chenelle has not nor will not give in to my mind set of the desire to be as active as I've always been during my life with sports and activities. He is realistic and makes me realize that my body can no longer support my desire for such sports. I am fortunate to have him as my neurosurgeon. I am confident he is well respected and recognized by his colleagues. If not, they are probably envious of the his skills and talent he has gained during his career.
