5.0 star star star star starHe didn't rush through the appointment, made sure I understood and explained everything in a manner that I did understand, friendly, professional, and didn't just go through the motions of the appt nor try to ply me with unnecessary pills or subsequent visits.

5.0 star star star star starHe was thorough in his assessment of conditions, he explained, he met me at my level. He is probably the best doctor I had ever met. I felt at easy with him. He is the sort of doctor, people pray God bless them with.

5.0 star star star star starMy Internal Medicine Doctor, Jennifer LUNDGREN referred me to Orthopedic Surgery. I met Dr.William Thomas twice concerning this excruciating pain in my groin and possibly my right hip. Unfortunately he didn't remember me at first. Nevertheless, I was told I needed hip replacement surgery from both Doctors. I suggested the shot first. However, He told me if it doesn't stop my pain during the first month it probably won't work. After two months I still had pain and it got so bad I couldn't walk. Therefore. I trust Dr. Thomas to do his very best to get me back to my normal walking routine!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Thomas always takes the time to explain thing thoroughly, listens to and addresses my concerns. He replaced my hip last year and the results have been excellent - the best I could have hoped for. Now, unfortunately, I'm seeing him for a knee on the other leg, which I managed to injure earlier this year. He listened to my concerns that it didn't seem to be healing as quickly as I hoped and ordered more imaging. That lead to the finding that there was more damage than the original x-rays were showing. He took the time to walk me through the radiologists report in detail and explain his recommended course of action. Everything seemed well thought out and I greatly appreciate his time to explain everything clearly and address all concerns.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Thomas takes the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. He answers all my questions and explains the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. I always feel truly cared for - but more important - heard.

4.0 star star star star star_borderPreliminary visit. With initial treatment now complete there will be ongoing treatment once the cortisone has taken hold. I didn't feel as though Dr. Thomas' complete assessment was complete. Next visit should hopefully result in more details as to how to resolve my issue.

5.0 star star star star starI've referred some people in the last year to Dr. Thomas, that have mentioned to me, they're experiencing very painful knee issue's & told them of the many option's they did not realize that were available before potential surgery & Dr. Thomas is excellent with his advice & explaining many other option's.

5.0 star star star star starHe is very informative and patient. I appreciated his follow up calls the day after. So far, I am recovering from the surgery seemingly well. My PT agrees. Dr Thomas did assure me that he would personally be performing the operation, and not just supervising, but the notes in Mychart say he was "immediately available". Not sure what that means, or why that would be in the notes if he was actually performing the knee replacement?

5.0 star star star star starDefinitely know's extremely well, about the knee joint's & all surrounding area's of & when viewing the x-ray's with Dr. Thomas, since I'm more visually inclined, really understand much more what my knee pain is related to & variable's there are to treat, even explaining today, down the road, what possible surgery option's there are!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Thomas and team are always so kind and full of knowledge. I think the Attending today (Cody??, sorry if I got that wrong), but he was so nice and knew all my history with Dr. Thomas over the past few years, which surprised me, but made me feel confident telling him my concerns since it made me realize this Dr. did his homework and read my file before attending to me! Thank you, all! They are lucky (as am I!) to have Dr. Thomas helping (and teaching) them!

He takes the time to address questions thoroughly and provides clear answers .The quality of his work is excellent as well. I am extremely happy with my hip replacement - not only the end results but the entire process from initial consultation through surgery to recovery.

5.0 star star star star starBest surgeon! But more importantly to me is that I feel he genuinely cares especially about an odd nerve problem I've had after my hip replacement. He could have easily passed me to another doctor. He really is trying to help me. Plus the hip replacement was a complete success without much post-pain at all

5.0 star star star star starI am thankful he is conservative and cautious and allows his patients to heal. He is upfront with the diagnosis in a gentle and caring way! From the minute I met him in a traumatic situation I knew, he could perform my surgery! He demonstrated compassion and knowledge which was extremely important to myself and my entire family! I am sincerely thankful!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Thomas is the best! I was suggested to go to an orthopedic specialist, and I went a different route from them to see him because he did so well with my hip last year! He is kind, caring, honest and no bull about it kind of guy! Tell me like it is! I appreciate that!
