5.0 star star star star starDr. Ross and his resident were both wonderful. They were very empathetic to my situation and really listened to my concerns. They did not rush me and were reassuring in their assessment of my symptoms. I left the appointment with a health care plan I was comfortable with and a confidence that I could reach out to Dr. Ross with any questions or concerns.

5.0 star star star star starHe wears hip Jordans and has 4.8 in his reviews. An average American would be lucky to see one of your MDs in their lifetime, no doubt. It's very good of him to donate his time to PD research. Feedback was given to the research coordinator.

5.0 star star star star starI've been in chronic pain for almost 30 years from an auto accident. I have tried everything and I've been on narcotics for almost 25 of the 30 years. My husband kept pressuring me to see another pain doctor @ NW. I scheduled an appointment thru reading the doctors reviews. And I have to say...I am very glad I did, he said one thing I will notice about him, he does not give up, even when I'm about too.

5.0 star star star star starDR. ross understands my complicated condition. He is helpful, gives me methods to handle my pain and is there when I need a doctor. Most important he listens..........pain is not fun and many doctors do not understand it is real. He is one of a few that understand, learned about, and has treated CPRPS. i AM BLESSED TO HAVE HIM AS MY DOCTOR.

5.0 star star star star starI just can't say enough about Dr Ross. He has a way of making you feel comfortable and cared for. As busy as he is, he never rushes you; the time he spends is quality time going over your history and what can be done to help you get out of pain. When I need to see him I leave thinking I wish my primary doctor could be him. He is generous, kind, thoughtful and willing to find a solution. He is an asset to NW and definitely a keeper. He is a very fine doctor.

5.0 star star star star starThe doctor was extremely knowledgeable and attentive and spent a lot of time with me. He was very clear in his explanations, asked me lots of questions to make sure he had all pertinent info, and gave me lots of space to ask questions and explain the nuances of my case. He came up with a clear treatment plan and helped put me at ease.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
