My recent visit with Dr. Song was truly exceptional, and I feel she deserves recognition_as do the members of her nursing staff. From the moment she walked in, she was friendly, prepared, and already discussing observations from my previous lab work. I genuinely appreciated that she reviewed my chart beforehand, as it made the appointment feel thoughtful and thorough. I actually requested to switch to Dr. Song after meeting her briefly during a prior visit because she made such a strong impression. During my appointment with her, she listened carefully to my concerns, engaged in meaningful discussion, and scheduled a three-month follow-up to ensure she stayed informed. It is clear she is dedicated to her patients, and I am grateful to be in her care.
