At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
Dr. Andrews was kind and very competent my first visit with him was an emergency and he saw me within two hours of my called to my primary care physician for a anal abscess. He was equally as kind and competent during two postoperative visits,, I was a hospital CEO for 38 years and would highly recommend Dr. Andrews.
This is my first ever visit as referred by my PCP Dr. Zallik. I found Dr. Andrews to be a very courteous surgeon, who is compassionate, knowledgeable and caring, and explained to me what is to be done.
Firstly, Dr. Andrews and his assistant Tonya are friendly, professional, and understandable. The office staff is efficient and the waiting area and patient rooms are very clean. Lastly, Dr. Andrews' skill and knowledge has improved my medical condition greatly, which has added to the quality of my life!
Impressive Doctor. One area of concern: There were too many people in the waiting room at the same time. Would prefer to wait outside and get a text when they are ready for me. A man came in with his caregiver and she was allowed to stay even though she should have been asked to wait outside. A bit uncomfortable. But the doctor was great and that was why I was there.
It was my first visit & I only went in for a consultation. The staff in the office was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Andrews was attentive, listened to everything I said and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed and would see him again if I needed to.
One of the best DoctorS that I ever had! Explains the medical process to the patient in layman's terms. Answers questions clearly. Makes excellent recommendations for treatment. Straight and to the point. Nice bedside manner.
