Northwestern Medicine Harrison Administrative Fellowship Program Application Process

The fellowship starts in July each year and is organized as an educational work program. Fellows get a salary with benefits identical to those of other employees and an allowance for moving expenses.

Candidates must be in the process of completing or have a master's degree in health services or business administration or the equivalent. The most promising applicants demonstrate:

• Leadership skills
• Superior academic performance
• Work experience related to health care

Successful fellows project maturity, professionalism and initiative, and they’re passionate about their career aspirations. Our senior management team will select fellows after reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews and an on-site day for finalists.
